trip to England 2006
Our trip to England
On Wednesday, we left France and we travelled to England by coach.
On Thursday morning, very early, we crossed the Channel by ferry, and then we drove to Hastings. We had breakfast in the coach park, and after that we went up the hill, in a lift and we visited Hastings castle. Then we had lunch in a field next to the castle. And we visited Smugglers’ Adventures, a museum about the history of smuggling in Kent. Finally, we drove to Royal Tunbridge Wells and we met the English host families.
On Friday, we drove to Brighton. We visited the Royal Pavilion. Then, we strolled in the Lanes and after that, we had lunch on the beach or on the Pier.
